Do not hesitate to check on your account. It’s an automated procedure that we could do nothing about; if you request to be delivered to a pick-up point, we cannot change it afterwards. Hello, First of all, thank you for asking for my opinion regarding my order. Actually, I did not receive the product I ordered but rather another one instead. I had purchased a shower gel for £27 but upon delivery, I received an aloe vera shower gel that costs £19, which is an £8 difference. After the lockdown, I went to the HT26 shop in Château Rouge to explain to them, as I usually buy my products there, they gave me a customer service number that I called several times without any response. So you owe me £8.
