I could have given 5 stars if I had received my entire order and the promised gifts

First, after ordering I did not receive a confirmation email, this should be automatic, yet after I contacted customer service via WhatsApp who asked me to write an email to claim my confirmation email. I have already submitted my problem to HT26 via WhatsApp, is it still up to me the customer to send an email? What is the purpose of the WhatsApp number on the HT26 site then? It is a lack of seriousness and respect towards the clientele. Thanks to my order number, the person I chatted with on WhatsApp was supposed to contact customer service and take care of my case and not even a hello, what can I do for you? Nothing, no polite formula, I don't know where you recruit your employees but they have not received any serious training and on top of that, there are grammar and spelling mistakes with this person!!! HT26 is still a big brand!!! My confirmation email came days later, in short, a lack of professionalism in the service, it felt like my little niece who in her spare time does overtime for online sales

I really like the products sold by the store

I had an unpleasant surprise after validating the banking data, there was an error message during payment followed by an email asking me to redo the order. I redid the order and was debited twice the same amount and I only received one order. Until now, no response from customer service after reporting.

Quality of the products is impeccable.
A little more attention to detail, for example (makeup bags, 50ml milk samples, .......).
Speed in delivery.

The quality of your customer service is very poor and unsatisfactory, as the customer waits a week and a half to receive their package. And when we call you, you are unable to tell where the order is, every time you tell the customer to check the tracking themselves while you are better placed to know the tracking of the package, please receive your customer service thank you

Great for the site but I find that the products are not well described enough. Lacking precision. But the delivery was made on time. I received my bed well packaged, with lots of little gifts, the products smell good, the natural essences honestly give a feeling of organic, I love it. This is my first order and the first use was great, now I just have to see what it will give in the long term.

Poor attention to customers

Very good site, I received my package very quickly and I even received extra gifts, the package was well packaged. I was just a bit disappointed with the Iman powder cream. Very small and doesn't cover blemishes. Thank you to Ht26, the communication was perfect and there was good follow-up.
