Your prices are too high and expensive. Stop increasing the prices of your item rather increase and improve on the quality of your products. Avoid making reddish colour products like carrot oils because it makes one’s colour changes, stains dresses instead make them to Brighten ones colour that is it should make fair or yellow person’s complexion colour yellow or fair and not reddish, chocolate or dark.

Customer service very mediocre, unpleasant, cold, and disrespectful saleswoman. If you have a problem with your order, you are left to yourself because there is no communication, they do not respond to messages even if you use the contact form. Prisca is the worst saleswoman at Ht26, she is cold and not professional at all.
I will never buy products here again because in case of a problem, there is no possible communication

The products are well grouped by category, which makes choosing easier. Just a small issue, the shipping costs are too high. For an order to be delivered in Holland, the shipping costs are €18. That's discouraging!
