The service is really fast I'm shocked. It took them 48 hours to deliver my order just as they said. From Paris to UAE and during the process I was updated on the shipment.

I was expecting my order on October 11. Chronopost reported that I had refused my package. However, they did not come to my house and did not leave me a notice. In the meantime, I contacted Ht26's customer service via the form on their site, no response. My package was dropped off 2 days later at a pickup point in the 10th. However, I live in the 91. Yet I paid the shipping fees. I am disappointed with this service. Apparently, buying directly in-store would pose me fewer problems.

I couldn't place my order online, there might have been a problem with the bank's server. I did it by phone. The gentleman I placed my order with is very professional, available for the client.. Thank you again.
