Hello, Following my last order.. I was supposed to receive as a gift a travel-sized shower gel and a spa treatment.. I did not receive the shower gel in my box is this normal... Also you give discount vouchers for a very short time without taking into account the fact that a customer who buys a range of products is supposed to finish it before placing another order.. The discount voucher for a duration of a few days after purchase has no interest.. The formula discount voucher on the next purchase for a customer who takes the boxes continuously would be more appropriate and more attractive like.. Otherwise, it’s better not to give anything.. I have received discount vouchers 3 times already that I have not used.. because valid from a certain purchase amount.. Good reading Regards

The site is not practical

I had small red bumps and I stopped. I paid 60€ more to get this product for 17€. If you have a representative in Norway it would be better. Thank you

Very fast delivery but I do not recommend this product. I spent nearly 40€ on a product that after 2 days of use caused me an allergic reaction.

I received my order, one of the products was broken. I took a photo and made a complaint but I encountered a salesperson who is not at all attentive and does not care about customer satisfaction.

I received an open bottle and the gel was leaking it seems that I was sold a broken bottle. Not very satisfied

The products are good but the marketing is not honest. During the order, they make you believe that you will receive certain products for free but the photos are different from reality. You receive tiny samples instead.

I thought the products should be hermetically sealed but some liquid was outside it seemed the products were opened. Body lotion shower gel

This cream and this shower gel I don't think really lighten because it's been almost two weeks since I applied it, no change, even the body and face lotion is the same, no change.

No results, the cream I've been using for two months

The delivery was fine, but there was no invoice in the box, the HT26 catalog was crumpled in the box, which makes it uninviting to read.

No gift was in the package. That's how we test other products.

The gift was opened

I received my order with 1 of the 3 large plastic bottles shattered at the base, due to very light packaging.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PACKAGING:
Outer corrugated cardboard 2 mm thick
Top and bottom foam plate 4 mm
Each bottle wrapped in cellophane
Nothing to stabilize the bottles, which barely occupy half the volume.
Under these conditions, if the package was jostled at all, it is not surprising that a bottle arrived shattered!
Thanks to the cellophane, only part of the contents leaked into the cardboard, so the leak was not visible from the outside when I received the package at the relay point.
My email sent upon receipt - 3 working days ago - to the webmaster of ht26, accompanied by a photo of the damage, has gone unanswered. I hope for at least a refund for the shattered bottle.

The first shipment was lost and it cost me a lot to call. The second shipment took 4 days to receive.

I searched for this gel everywhere and miracle I find it on the site. I buy it and 2 days later I get a call saying that the product is not available and that I will be refunded. Waste of time. Real-time stock management would be practical for customers.

Yes, the order arrived on time and at the precise hour.

Overall good, we find the same products I think as in store. However, I was very surprised to see no return or exchange policy. For my part, I made a mistake, I ordered a shower gel instead of the cream from the same range. I was more than disappointed not to have known this information + no invoice or anything inside the box... Quite surprising.
