Everything received well and on time. I really appreciated the gift offered. But it did not correspond at all to the one in the order. Moreover, I only received one out of two. Despite the quality of the mini samples received with the order, their quantity really leaves something to be desired.

Products conform. Packaging needs to be reviewed. Bubble wrap is better than food film for shocks. The gifts were not those announced during the online order.

Not all ordered products are available

I find that online prices are higher than buying in-store. For the quality of the product, it's still being tested. Shipping cost too high for a purchase of 74 euros.

Please include instructions in English for customers outside France. I usually pay 19 euros and delivery comes within 48 hours. This time you charged me 25 euros and it took you 1 whole week to deliver. Is this a fair service?

Quite satisfied

Nice packaging and very efficient in delivery, but the product is no longer as effective as before. I recommended Ht26 to people who bought the product but they tell me it's a shame. Expensive product but no effect.

Product and service very good. Just one problem with the site that is always malfunctioning. Impossible to log in with your account. Forced to create an additional account every time. It is also impossible to deselect a gift that you do not want. It's a shame it ends up in the trash for nothing. If we could choose between a gift or a discount, that would be ideal.

The delivery is fast. The products are good, but in small quantities.

After using the entire topsygel range, the best product is the face lotion which greatly reduces acne and evens out the complexion, the milk is also not bad, difficult to absorb but effective, the complexion is uniform, it is a correcting milk that corrects imperfections very well. As for the brightening effect, it does not peel or whiten but really gives you a uniform complexion adapted to your original color.

For the gifts I didn't receive the 50 shower gel. Otherwise I am satisfied with the order although I should have picked it up at home, in the end I picked it up at the relay point.

This is my second time making a big purchase on your website, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. When I validated my order online with an additional 36 euros to pay for DHL, I received a confirmation, then the next day I get a second email from HT26 with the purchase of only 1 item. So I had my cousin who lives in France call and explain to the manager the situation, she responded that it was too late because my order was separated and will be sent as is with extra shipping fees. She also sent me an email, talking like she was sorry but she wasn’t going to do anything about the situation as she stated. I find the delivery price quite high, with other merchants, a delivery at 9.90€ is Chronopost delivered in 24/48€ the products are already very expensive so plus the delivery frankly it makes you think, especially when you are not sure the product will suit you. Can do better though

I returned to France 4 months ago and it is this multi-lightening body cream that is better for my skin, this is my 3rd box of use and 3rd gift from HT26. The delivery time and transport service impeccable nothing to say.

Your site needs an update. It is not modern at all and does not encourage buying.

I find the service too long. Because I ordered since November 5th and according to your writings, the delivery is 48h to 72h.. and I still have nothing. Because I really need my products.
