The delivery time was good. However, I did not receive one of the products I ordered, I am not satisfied. It has already been 15 years since I have been using your products, and this is the only time I ordered online that I am missing a product. If I had received all the products, I would have given 5 stars. I hope you will do what is necessary for the missing item to be delivered to me or that I will be refunded.

The body lotion I received this time had a different color from the first one I bought. The first one was white and this one is brown. I don't know which one is the best or original.

My package arrived all destroyed, the cardboard torn, a cream with the tip broken. However, I am very pleased with the gifts inside, thank you very much.

Regarding navigation on the site, some products do not have a description on usage and other menus are inaccessible. Otherwise, the order and delivery were very fast. I recommend

Hello, soon when a customer orders your products, take the time to provide them with a mode or a guide on how and when to use each product... or even to better guide the customers, give the mode and the order in which they should or can use the products. In my case, I don't know how and in what order to use the different soaps and oils I ordered because all the products are soaps and shower gels... the oils are body oils... here is the difficulty I am currently facing, I am waiting to know how and in what order to use them.
