The site is easy to navigate, but can you provide the list of ingredients of your products to know if there is a risk of allergies

I received my order with a slight delay. I really like Ht26 products except that when you order, you really want to receive it within the timeframe

Everything is great, except that the milk gave me pimples and I would like to receive some advice on how to deal with it.

The service was correct but I am not satisfied with the delivery, it was delayed and complicated by Chronopost. In short, I am disappointed with the gifts because a product at this price deserves gifts that correspond to the purchased product, like a good to wear the wig, a cream for the maintenance of the wig, or a glue for the wig. It's not the same as in the photo, I received a wig that is too smooth, I don't even know if I can curl it, no instructions. It looks really good in the photo, it's not the same thing that I received. I don't know if an exchange is possible.

Order received well and on time. However, I think you should lower the amount for free shipping, especially for your loyal customers.

Good delivery time. But the site is not very optimized because it allows customers to choose gifts and in the end, something else is shipped.

I received my items with a slight delay due to Chronopost. We are not informed of the shipment and some bottles of creams or oils are not of good quality. Personally, I had this case. So overall it's okay but we expect more than that from ht26.

I have been one of your customers for a very long time and I have always been satisfied with your service. And this week I ordered a few products again and I am more than satisfied. However, regarding the gifts, there is only one out of three that arrived. Would it be possible to send the two missing gifts later? Apart from that, your service is really good!

I received my package on time, the only downside is the shipping costs, it's too expensive, why not use collision or other cheaper carriers.

I was disappointed to see how the package was packed, the products thrown into the box not even a nice crumpled paper on top or small pieces of cork around the products to make it look nice. I usually have beauty product packages delivered even from smaller brands than yours, who take care of their packages before sending them to us. For your products, it's the top, I like it a lot.

And you get your products in good condition
And I really like the gifts you offer when making a purchase.
Consequently, the face cream is very small for 26€.
