Hello Mrs. Nnemi Ndzana,
Thank you for your comment.
The expected delivery time for France is 2 to 3 days.
If this time has been exceeded, unfortunately, the postman encountered a difficulty, which lengthens the delivery time.
If the problem arises again during your next order, do not hesitate to contact us to locate your package.
Best regards

My order was delivered late and the products were poorly packaged. The protective film for the maximum brightening soaps was torn, the exfoliating soap had cracks in places and was not closed. And what about the gifts? It was not what I had chosen and one of the soaps was moldy. My order was not prepared with care and when I called on Monday, October 8 at 10:20, I was faced with the arrogance of my interlocutor who bluntly told me 'we are not obliged to give you gifts and we give you what we have.' I am very disappointed.

Good service in general, packages received on time and shipping quite fast with each order. However, the advisors found online are often hasty and their responses do not satisfy concerns, too bad!

Hello. Thank you for the message. Like me, I have brown skin so the product suits me. Especially I would like to have clear and radiant skin. In this case; the product "based on Glutathione" interests me to reduce the pigment spots on my face. Thank you. Best regards. ELYSE
