you delivered the package without the gift samples, and this is not the first time, I also once received a package with an expired oil, I sent you a message without response. regarding makeup, more specifically the HT26 powders, there is disorder down there, we do not know which number corresponds to which shade, review that, we have difficulty choosing

the site is simple I easily ordered my product and received it on time. However, what is unfortunate is that customer reviews on the products are not visible whereas I would have liked to have feedback before ordering.

Very beautiful, the hair is soft and of good quality; with the beautiful gift pouch, the only downside is that the wig's hair falls out!

The site allowed me to easily make purchases. But I was forgotten (Waiting for restocking) I had to send a message to ask if I would be delivered. And it was only then that the package was prepared. We expect a quick response from you after purchase. thank you

Satisfied as usual, but I find that the small gifts offered are not up to the orders, you could honestly offer better. that's my point of view. Otherwise, I am a loyal customer and I believe I will remain so because I am very satisfied with the quality of the products.

The only problem is that there are products in the catalog that are not found on the site. For example, capsules, coconut oils, and others, so we cannot order them or maybe it's just me who doesn't know how to go about it. If that's the case, help me to succeed for my next order. Thank you

I received the order and I am happy, both are there.
Unfortunately, I do not always benefit from a discount voucher on this same product but otherwise this site is secure and I like that.
