I find the site great and the product choices very varied and of good quality. I just find it very unfortunate that I have to pay up to 17 Euros in shipping fees when I live in Germany and regularly order over 100 Euros, often 200 Euros. The products are already expensive but it's okay for the quality. But paying another 17 Euros when Germany is not that far from France, I already find that a lot. The place where you can buy HT26 products here in Germany, unfortunately, I can't find all the products I need. It would be great if that could be improved.

Good because the delivery is fast, but average because the hats I ordered are large, there should be head size options. For the gift, it's nice but it's useless to me, in fact, there's only the roller even if I struggle to apply it. Thank you anyway.
