I have no problem with HT26, but the shipping costs are 10 euros for express delivery, but I have already reported more than 2 times that I always receive my order 4 to 5 days or even 6 days after my order, I don't find that fair, that's my problem today.

Hello, our average delivery times are 24 hours when you order before 10 am, 48 hours when you order after 10 am. Delivery times are longer for people living more than 500 km from Paris like you because there are several factors, including transport-related uncertainties, distance, and connections. Hello, We are not experiencing any delivery delays, you ordered on Saturday, please note that Saturday and Sunday are not counted in the delivery time. All orders from Friday after 10 am until Monday 10 am are processed starting Monday morning. Thank you.

Shipping is too expensive. Shipping should be free if a customer spends above €100. I spent nearly €200 but still had to pay €20 for shipping to Ireland which is too much.

The navigation is fine, however a small downside just for this order, the gifts written on the invoice, I received nothing. I was a bit disappointed because they usually put one or more gifts. Well, that won't stop me from ordering. The products are great.
