Three stars because I switched from glutathione lotion to white essence. I have been a loyal customer to HT26 but it seems the glutathione lotion formula has been changed. The color of the lotion is white instead of yellow. The new glutathione lotion just made me darker and attempts to reach ht26 are futile because they do not follow up and don’t seem to communicate in English. I am so upset because I’ve wasted my money having two glutathione lotions I can’t use. I’m truly disappointed as I’ve been a loyal customer for years.

Hello, How are we able to charge you for delivery twice when you are the sole holder of your payment methods? This is impossible. Even when this happens, we proceed with a refund, as people abroad may have difficulty paying immediately for security reasons. It was my first experience, regarding the order, I am satisfied with the packaging but, regarding delivery, the customer service was not clear with me. They made me pay for delivery all included and then the customs fees too, yet I had asked the customer service representatives if I had to pay any other fees besides delivery and I was assured that I did not. So I am disappointed in that regard and also the mentioned gifts were not included but other unmentioned gifts. Thank you.

However, when you buy from another continent, there are always customs fees that are the responsibility of the customer, which may be taken into account by your customs 1 time out of 20. If this is not your first order, know that these are things that happen to all consumers abroad governed by the customs of your country of residence.
