First, they promised me gloves, I received nothing and the bottle of exfoliating shower gel was open and some spilled, what a shame

I am pleasantly surprised by the quality and softness of my weave's hair, especially the volume it has. After seeing how it will look when installed. No issues with delivery. I highly recommend HT26 for its seriousness. I plan to order again in the future for another weave. Thank you HT26

I never managed to use the €10 voucher you offered me for my birthday. I had 10 days to use it but it never worked. That's not normal.

This is the first time I order from you, so far so good, however when writing reviews in the designated boxes, make sure we can see what we are writing, it's all pale, and not practical for proofreading. Thank you I will recommend from you.
