Thank you to the customer service who is always courteous. This is really an element that matters a lot to me. I am so impatient that 5 days of waiting for delivery seem long (laughs). Otherwise, quality service and especially thank you for the little gifts.

My complexion does not become as I want. I want you to recommend me a soap that will make my skin more radiant, glowing. But otherwise the superfat lathers well and cleans the body well as well as the purifying soap.

I find the site great and the product choices very varied and of good quality. I just find it very unfortunate that I have to pay up to 17 Euros in shipping fees when I live in Germany and regularly order over 100 Euros, often 200 Euros. The products are already expensive but it's okay for the quality. But paying another 17 Euros when Germany is not that far from France, I already find that a lot. The place where you can buy HT26 products here in Germany, unfortunately, I can't find all the products I need. It would be great if that could be improved.
