I liked it, it was quick but just that I had chosen another pickup point but you delivered the package to another one further from my home..but I am quite satisfied I hope I will also be satisfied when I have used the products

The site is very clear, except that during my order the gift that was assigned to me is not the one that was sent to me. And when I called customer service the response I got from the gentleman was that 'we can't always respect'. What a shame and what unprofessionalism

I ordered by phone, the pharmacist was very nice, she takes her time to explain well and gives good advice. I am waiting to try the HT26 products and see their effectiveness

Since I discovered HT26 products last year through my aunt, I can't do without their products, I order my complete range (Body milk, serum or oils, shower gel and facial soap) at least every 2 months so far and I am really satisfied both in terms of service and products. I always receive gifts in my packages, products to test and sometimes much more... However, I just find it a shame that they have increased the prices of luxury products, they literally jumped a few euros more, so I buy much less than before and I even had to change ranges, and go back to 'Stain Action' which has also increased a bit but remains reasonable and since it remains excellent products, I stay loyal with just less consistency in purchasing... Thank you HT26 for its professionalism and for providing excellent products
