The product cap arrived completely broken and I was given a different gift than the one I chose.
I must say that I am quite disappointed... Usually, I use Bedon products that I also buy online and I have never had any problems... For once that I decide to try HT26, the 2 promised gift products did not arrive!!!... and yet, they are clearly listed on invoice 2019-08-17 #FA086108...
The delivery took longer than I expected. I was really afraid of losing my money for nothing. The test is really okay
I still don't understand why the catalog shows prices one euro cheaper than the site. As a result, online buyers find themselves somewhat misled.
Fast delivery but for a purchase of 113€, there was no gift inside. And compared to the previous order, incomplete optimism range and disrespectful customer service because after several complaints and follow-ups, no reaction from them. Disappointed

Order very poorly packaged with toxic adhesive tape directly stuck on the products, I find this kind of packaging very dangerous for cosmetic products with a free product that I did not receive, fast delivery nonetheless
I haven’t seen any difference so far and there are funny particles in the cream. For the price, I am not convinced at all.
I waited a month before receiving my order yet it was mentioned 7 days for international orders. It would be good if they reviewed the shipping mechanism. Thank you
You have the option to contact us to find out where your package is when you feel that the delivery time is starting to be long.

Hello I received my package but not the gifts as planned. I saw 2 small soaps instead of the liquid soap and the lightening milk. Thank you for being true to what you say. And I still paid $40 for customs to be able to pick up my package. Thank you
The proposed gift choice was not respected. Disappointed. A gloss, baby soap sample and a body scrub in my package; Something I did not choose.

Hello, a bad rating because the ordered products were sent in an oversized box without padding for the bottles that clinked loudly. This alerted the carrier who opened the package with a cutter. Upon delivery nothing was missing but seeing the box cut like that was shocking and does not encourage ordering again.

I placed an order recently and to my great surprise, 2 weeks later, I received a customs fee invoice accompanying my package, yet my previous order had no problem delivered after 7 days to Canada. Shocked, I contacted customer service who didn't even bother to reply to my email. Yet I already pay very high shipping fees (36 euros). I believe you should at least arrange not to charge additional fees to your customers for shipments abroad. I am disappointed with HT26 service. A. Such a large company that has a poor service. While I liked your products. But if I have to pay 36 euros in shipping fees and customs fees, I find that a lot, so I prefer to stop using your products. Furthermore, I find that you do not have a customer retention policy. Thank you.

No promotions on all products and shipping costs while it's sales time. The topifarm 4% glycerin is no longer offered even though I just started it... Lipstick shade not compliant when choosing different from the cart. Absence of confirmation of the shade at the time of validation. P

This time the service disappointed me a lot. I placed the order on 30.11.2018 and I received it on 7.1.2019 just after validating another order since I had lost all hope of receiving the other. I hope this last one will not be like the previous one, otherwise I will stop using ht26.com.
