The delivery does not match the order. Given the amount of the order, gifts were assigned to me upon validation but I did not find them in my delivered package. I immediately called customer service and it was agreed that a manager would call me, which never happened. Too bad!

Not very flexible for international distributors. it would be better if the company could make all shipping arrangements and charge the customer instead of telling us to determine the pickup and shipping ourselves
