Hello Order no148700 from 2020/03/10 was delivered to me with a two-week delay and 4 soaps less out of 8 VITAMIN PURIFYING BARS that I ordered. Plus, all the gifts you promise, I never receive anything. I want to exercise my rights by recovering my duly paid soaps. Thank you
