Pleasant site

I was supposed to receive a hat and a moisturizing milk as a gift but I received nothing!!

Hello, I rated it average because the order took time to arrive.

The site is nice. But the description of the ranges needs to be improved according to customer needs. For example, I am a new customer and I have dark skin and I wanted a range to brighten my skin but not lighten it. The problem is that there are many products on the site and we get lost. The first range I bought on the site did not really meet my expectations. I even got pimples when I didn't have any before. Currently, I bought the repairing range that I will test. In short, it would be good to define the products by type of needs

My order was delivered late and the products were poorly packaged. The protective film for the maximum brightening soaps was torn, the exfoliating soap had cracks in places and was not closed. And what about the gifts? It was not what I had chosen and one of the soaps was moldy. My order was not prepared with care and when I called on Monday, October 8 at 10:20, I was faced with the arrogance of my interlocutor who bluntly told me 'we are not obliged to give you gifts and we give you what we have.' I am very disappointed.

I received my package after 1 month of waiting. The order was in a box almost completely torn, the products were not even protected and others had already broken packaging. The lid of the baby milk was broken. The opened lightening soap, in short all the products were thrown directly into the box and it was not pleasant to see. Moreover, at the purchase, there were gift items such as a women's hat and some travel-sized toiletries but none of that was ultimately included. In short, terrible as a protected package and terrible as a delivery time. In the end, I am charged customs fees. Too bad, I don't think I will relive this experience.

I only give 2 stars because for a first order I was disappointed with the service, my order took three weeks to arrive and when I called customer service about it, the lady was not nice at all and I did not like that. I should have given one star but I give the second star because I received many little gifts in my order.

During my order, I had two gifts offered, a hat and a shower gel, but unfortunately upon receiving my order the gifts did not match the photo. Honestly disappointed. Why offer gifts and send junk instead? Instead of the shower gel, I received a lotion and instead of a hat, I received a head net. The reception of my order was on time.

Bad because I didn't receive the order, I stayed almost 10 days at home and when I received the message that the package had arrived, I went to the post office and was told to go pick it up at the main post office because the address is incomplete.

I do not give 5 stars because I encountered issues when receiving the package, it did not match my order. But I was called back the next day and the person was kind. As a result, I was able to keep the exfoliating mask and received my white essence soap 4 days later with plenty of small diverse samples that allowed me to discover other products from the brand.

Disappointed with my last delivery because the milk leaked in the box. I only had half of the bottle left. I sent an email to report it and I just received an apology response.

How well received in time the milk very poor quality it does not meet my expectations. It darkened my skin on the face already at the base I have problems with spots on the face that I manage to get rid of, but with this face cream it's worse already that it's satisfaction or refund because I am very very disappointed I stopped using it. If you have any advice to give regarding my face because I have very sensitive skin! And for the gift I did not receive what you described just samples and a hat.
