The quality of your customer service is very poor and unsatisfactory, as the customer waits a week and a half to receive their package. And when we call you, you are unable to tell where the order is, every time you tell the customer to check the tracking themselves while you are better placed to know the tracking of the package, please receive your customer service thank you
