Order very poorly packaged with toxic adhesive tape directly stuck on the products, I find this kind of packaging very dangerous for cosmetic products with a free product that I did not receive, fast delivery nonetheless
The order went well except for the delivery. We patiently wait at home and the postman leaves me a notice instead of ringing to deliver the package. I went to pick up my package and this is unacceptable.
The customer service I received was the worst I ever encountered. They were not ready to assist with tracing my order until I reported to PayPal. I will not be ordering from HT26 in the future. My order took about 6 weeks to arrive and HT26's response was lukewarm and nonchalant. I do not recommend - never!
