I give 2 stars because received in 4 days... otherwise one of the products is non-compliant and no one to solve the problem. It's a shame because I thought Ht26 had enough professionals for that... now I have to fight to get a refund.

The body lotion I ordered, the bottle pump is broken in two, so I have trouble using it. I am very disappointed. Other than that, I like the ht26 products.

I received my order late, and at one point I couldn't track my order! You expect 5 days maximum to receive the order but it took almost two weeks!

The site is good but there is not enough precision regarding the delivery of products abroad, specifically in Switzerland. I do not understand why I paid not only the shipping fees with you but also upon receipt of the package? Why?

I rated it average because of the 2 times I had an issue. The first time there was an error on one of the ordered products. This time I ordered (purifying sleeping foam) which did not arrive with my order... I called but couldn't reach you. Other than that, I like your products.

I received my entire order. I stay in Canada However, the two serum bottles, the glycerin bottle, and the shower gel all had a leak and spilled in the box. One of the serum bottles was only half full. The products must be hermetically sealed; I think this is something to improve for better customer service; They are already quite pricy to be so poorly wrapped...because even before my order when I read the comments on your deliveries this was the main reason that came up several times..

Hello, I received my package today, but I am really disappointed with the delay and especially the quality of the product. The milk is different! It is lighter than usual and its smell is less strong; it seemed like a mixture of the original and another substance. Even the packaging (the bottle that contains the milk and the writings) is different. I am very disappointed about this. Regarding the delivery, excuse me, but I think that for €36 in shipping costs, packages should be delivered within the maximum 10 days you specify during the order. Mine always arrive after 3 weeks. I sincerely hope that these remarks will be addressed or will not recur with the next order because it is not reasonable at all. Thank you.

The ht26 products are not very lightening as you say. The skin is, however, soft.

The delivery person went to the wrong door. The package arrived at my neighbor's. Fortunately, she is honest. It's a bit careless on the part of the delivery services.

The speed of delivery is great but I placed an order with free shipping mentioned at the end of my order. However, these fees were charged to me after I paid, which I did not appreciate at all when I saw my invoice.

Fast delivery

The product is correct but it's unacceptable for the prices that keep increasing. In September 2016 it cost 33.90, in January 34.90. Yesterday, February 10, 2017, it cost 34.90 and today, February 15, 2017, it costs 39.90€. What are the arguments that justify these increases? The quality has not improved, nor the quantity. I've been using it for 10 years because my skin has gotten too used to it and any other cream gives me pimples, but the increases will make me flee. Even the shipping costs keep increasing. So please, if you don't want to retain customers, don't raise prices for no reason. 10 years ago it cost 29.90 and every year 1 euro more, but now 5 euros all at once, why? Just some color changes on the bottle. Really, I am disappointed.

I had to go to the post office to pick up a package that could easily fit in the mailbox. There are too many useless notifications by messaging to finally learn that you have to go get it. The packaging was insufficient and the cap of one product arrived broken

I had requested a pen instead of wipes, I received the wipes and the pump has no tube so it's impossible to use it

It is a very good store in terms of variety and quality of products. But the prices are a bit high. They do not offer shipping deals outside of France and shipping costs are very expensive, especially for countries within the European Union.

All the ordered products arrived well, but I had to go to the post office which is about 30 km away to pick up my package. Yes, they missed me at home, but please choose the closest post offices possible. I paid online to be delivered to my home anyway. So, I did not want to travel any distance to get my package or at least the shortest distance possible. Thank you.
