The site is nice. But the description of the ranges needs to be improved according to customer needs. My order was delivered late and the products were poorly packaged. The protective film for the maximum brightening soaps was torn, the exfoliating soap had cracks in places and was not closed. And what about the gifts? It was not what I had chosen and one of the soaps was moldy. My order was not prepared with care and when I called on Monday, October 8 at 10:20, I was faced with the arrogance of my interlocutor who bluntly told me 'we are not obliged to give you gifts and we give you what we have.' I am very disappointed.
