I did not receive my entire order, missing one product. I ordered 2 toothpastes and only received one. A bit disappointed with my order, complaint made by phone, still waiting for a response.

First, they promised me gloves, I received nothing and the bottle of exfoliating shower gel was open and some spilled, what a shame

I just find it very unfortunate that I have to pay up to 17 Euros in shipping fees when I live in Germany and regularly order over 100 Euros, often 200 Euros. The products are already expensive but it's okay for the quality. But paying another 17 Euros when Germany is not that far from France, I already find that a lot. The place where you can buy HT26 products here in Germany, unfortunately, I can't find all the products I need. It would be great if that could be improved.
