I order several times a year and unlike other sites, you do not make offers and do not provide discount coupons for your loyal customers. Plus, I order from London. It would be nice to have discounts from time to time.

The only drawback I noticed is that the listed gifts are not always present in the box upon delivery of the order. For example, often out of 3 mentioned gifts, we only find 1 or 2 in the box with the order, often even nothing.

I received quite a few gifts, the delivery is fast which is interesting but during transport, care should be taken not to shake the packages too much because among the gifts I had a small bottle of soap that was half open and I had the contents of the box all wet. Thank you

The products were taped at the cap level, the conditioning was not airtight, it leaked.
