I never managed to use the €10 voucher you offered me for my birthday. I had 10 days to use it but it never worked. That's not normal.

The texture is perfect, no difference with my hair, indeed the loss of strands is very very little, almost none. The only thing is the smell of the strand that smells like petrol. If it weren't for this little detail, I would have given 5 stars and the delivery time is longer than indicated.
