I am very disappointed I ordered shea oil and I receive the gelled bottle and my finger can't even penetrate the tip. You have to do a marine bath every time before use..

I highly recommend, I am on my second order. During the first one, a liquid product was poorly sealed and spilled in its packaging. I contacted customer service who promised to replace it on the next order and it was done! Very attentive and courteous customer service!

I really appreciate this site, the products are excellent, the fast delivery is really cool.

I find the site great and the product choices very varied and of good quality. I just find it very unfortunate that I have to pay up to 17 Euros in shipping fees when I live in Germany and regularly order over 100 Euros, often 200 Euros. The products are already expensive but it's okay for the quality. But paying another 17 Euros when Germany is not that far from France, I already find that a lot. The place where you can buy HT26 products here in Germany, unfortunately, I can't find all the products I need. It would be great if that could be improved.
