I find that this site no longer respects its commitments (it was not like that before), you are told that your delivery is made within 48 or 72 hours and when you place an order you have to call them several times and moreover they do not have the kindness to acknowledge their mistake and tell you that your order has not been processed or shipped, they insist that your order has been shipped and promise to communicate the tracking number to you. I find this attitude deplorable as it only tarnishes the image of this site. NB: I placed a new order on Saturday, April 30 and until today I have no news of this order because I have not yet called Ht26.

The prices of some products are a bit high compared to the catalog

I didn't like the product, I used it only once. It seems like there are little seeds in the carrot milk. The 90 lotion also burned my face. I had to use natural shea butter which hydrated my face. Now it's starting to get better. I don't want to use this product anymore. And I paid €30 to pick up the package at the post office. However, I had used royal 8 years ago and I liked it well.
