My experience has just been very bad. I ordered a carrot cream from ht24 and the serum. Both with high prices. When I received my package yesterday and opened it, I was surprised that there was only a small Topsy gel exfoliating cream inside, some gloves and a soap as a gift. I made no such request. I hope they give me my money back or tell me how to return this, because it is a shame to pay so much money and have them give you another item. I want to receive what I asked for. I'm disappointed. I explain that I ordered the ht26 anti-spot milk (skin harmony) with a white cap and I see that it is rather the one with the gold cap that was sent to me since the color of the milk is yellow and not white. So I am in trouble because all my clothes will be stained with this yellowish color that this milk has, because I had used it before and it did not go well since it left yellow stains on my sheets, underwear, and clothes. Not to mention that it has a very bad smell for me who loves everything that has a pleasant scent, really very disappointed with my order this month.
Very bad service. It has been 2 weeks since I contacted customer service by email, phone call, and Instagram to ask about the shipping cost of products to China because there is no possibility to order on the site (since customer service informed me that the shipping prices to China are no longer 40 euros but have increased), but no one responds to me.
