Average delivery time with correct products. No long waits. Downside: website difficult to navigate. Please attach pictures alongside text when describing products in sets. Give the option to add a specific product found in the set without having to navigate the website all over again. This will encourage extra purchases within a set of products.

The cap of the aloe vera oil broke in less than 2 days. The body cream and soap are great but the oil is so-so.

Order for €115 just a small Wax soap as a gift and not even the card indicating the name of the person who prepared the package. The products are still good but the little attentions are starting to disappear.

Hello, the body lotion I received does not have the same effects as the one I received previously. That one made my skin yellow while the other gave me a clear white and hydrated complexion. Moreover, the massage oil that was part of the gifts was missing.

The site is no longer simple, clear, and easy for customers as before. - Unfortunately, the site has huge problems sending emails in case of forgetting the password for one's account. - The online support to recover the account was okay on the second attempt resulting in the recovery of the account.

I just bought the products, so I'm still testing! I still noticed that the smell of the cream is not pleasant! The shower gel, on the other hand, smells super good. I will come back to give my opinion on the effectiveness of the products in a month!

Hello, I love HT26 products but you change the composition very often and it is very inconvenient for us customers, especially me because I don't know what to expect with each order. Each time the milk is different either by color, texture, or effect on the skin. I don't have time to go to the store, I do all my shopping online and I would like to be satisfied at least a little. The delivery service is good

Hello. The order was delivered quickly and everything was okay and thank you for the gift. However, you cannot ask someone incessantly to give an opinion after the day of receipt when they have not even tested the products and therefore have not observed any changes. I find that it is not sincere, that is why I give three stars because YOU ARE PRESSURING ME A LITTLE TOO MUCH.

Problem with a computer bug while placing the order. Moreover, the people contacted by phone were unable to help me resolve the issue. Otherwise, everything else was very good: short delay, compliance, and condition of the products.
