After nearly 3 months of continuous use and two purchases. I can say that the products that were first recommended to me in-store by an advisor and repurchased online had no visible positive effects on my skin. I would not recommend. Sorry, too expensive for what it is!

I ordered "PRESCRIPTION Day cream with glutathione" the cream has a dubious appearance, very liquid, far from the texture of the cream contained in the sample I tried before buying this product. Is it due to poor storage??? I contacted HT26 by email, no response!!!

Average delivery time with correct products. No long waits. Downside: website difficult to navigate. Please attach pictures alongside text when describing products in sets. Give the option to add a specific product found in the set without having to navigate the website all over again. This will encourage extra purchases within a set of products.

I ordered on August 30 and until today my order has not been shipped and I contacted customer service and I have no response so far.
Order for €115 just a small Wax soap as a gift and not even the card indicating the name of the person who prepared the package. The products are still good but the little attentions are starting to disappear.
