Hello, I had a very bad experience with HT26 because since 08/06/2023 I placed an order on the site and until now I have not received my order and I have not been refunded. I called HT26 Paris and I spoke to a very unpleasant saleswoman who has no respect for customers as she also spoke badly to my husband. She even hung up on me.
