The site needs to be improved
Not too many options
I am not very happy, Among the ordered products, I ended up with two products that I never ordered. I received two whitening soaps instead of two gold and argan soaps. I would like to know what to do. Knowing that I live in Canada, shipping and customs fees are still very expensive.
Very good product. The complexion gradually lightens and also evens out. However, at the top, we lose a shade. That's why I give 3 stars
The gifts offered are not cheap. False advertising.
Navigation is sometimes difficult and on top of that your delivery fees are very expensive but I can understand Chronopost, but the relay should be free with a purchase of over 50€ the delivery should even be free with a big brand like HT26 but unfortunately, it does not encourage buying online from you, please look into this. Navigating the website can be slightly challenging and I think translation can be better for those of us who do not understand French. My last delivery was perfect and on time. Customer service is very poor. I'm based in London and I reached out via WhatsApp and Instagram but the communication is poor. The service can be better

Shipping is too expensive. Shipping should be free if a customer spends above €100. I spent nearly €200 but still had to pay €20 for shipping to Ireland which is too much.

Three stars because I switched from glutathione lotion to white essence. I have been a loyal customer to HT26 but it seems the glutathione lotion formula has been changed. The color of the lotion is white instead of yellow. The new glutathione lotion just made me darker and attempts to reach ht26 are futile because they do not follow up and don’t seem to communicate in English. I am so upset because I’ve wasted my money having two glutathione lotions I can’t use. I’m truly disappointed as I’ve been a loyal customer for years.
I would like you to further improve customer service, since the products cost us a sum to achieve the goal of a good shade, but personally noticing that you sent me the Beauty capsules already nearing expiration curiously it was a product that was not on my order instead it was vitality capsules... and I made a complaint to not have a favorable response and I am the one who bears the loss since this product is expired, I was not satisfied and your service was unable to restore my rights, moreover for my daughter's topsygel range there was almost nothing of the serum but it's a bit disappointing, I always place orders over 900€ but I do not expect dissatisfaction improve your services by checking the products and not substituting one product for another thank you.

It was my first experience, regarding the order, I am satisfied with the packaging but, regarding delivery, the customer service was not clear with me. They made me pay for delivery all included and then the customs fees too, yet I had asked the customer service representatives if I had to pay any other fees besides delivery and I was assured that I did not. So I am disappointed in that regard and also the mentioned gifts were not included but other unmentioned gifts. Thank you.

The order was for 2, the first package only contained one, I had to claim several times to get the rest of my order.
DHL is excessively expensive. Please offer other less costly options.

Some products arrived broken
I give 2 stars only because I like the brand's products but my bad rating is to wake up the customer service to whom I have written for a week about my last order with 4 emails that are still unanswered. Regarding the product, it is not the product I wanted so I have not used it, it is still packaged. I wanted another product that I had already bought at the pharmacy. 7€ cheaper than on the official site but I had no choice because it's a great product (the one I wanted) and I moved far from that pharmacy with it. So for this cream, I have nothing to say. And I am still waiting for a response from customer service regarding my order.
HT 26 is a big and expensive brand the website should have been revamped
Error on the delivered products, however I received the correct item within 24 hours. Nevertheless, the customer service is deplorable.
