It's going to be almost a year since I've been using this range, I had never had such satisfactory results as those of these last days. That is to say in a year all the orders that were delivered to me were not compliant products, they were products that either passed their expiration dates or lasted too long and did not give me the shade indicated in the product description and gave me lots of pimples on my face and also eczema under my breasts. Recently I placed an order, upon receiving it, I discovered that the color and smell had nothing to do with those I was used to receiving. Furious I contacted ht26 complaining about receiving non-compliant products when in reality it was the compliant product that I had just received for the very first time. Ignoring that the true color of the product is white and not Belgian as I was used to receiving, I demanded a change or a return in case they would refuse to change it by blaming the seller who thanks to her I discovered the real product. The latter then decided to send me another product, but before the arrival of the other product, since I had nothing left to put on my skin I decided to use what I thought was a fake product on my skin before the real one was delivered to me. Surprisingly I discovered a new radiant skin with the shade I had always dreamed of, the pimples disappearing, the itching of eczema fading, thank you infinitely honest seller, thanks to you I discover the benefits of this range that beautifies my skin with the clear white complexion I have always dreamed of. Sorry for the way I behaved with you, I apologize. Now that I know the true color and smell of my range, I keep an eye on you. In short, I am very satisfied with the new result on my skin, it has given me a certain confidence in myself ...

Hello, I love HT26 products but you change the composition very often and it is very inconvenient for us customers, especially me because I don't know what to expect with each order. Each time the milk is different either by color, texture, or effect on the skin. I don't have time to go to the store, I do all my shopping online and I would like to be satisfied at least a little. I'm not happy as I wasn't sent email notification of order I placed on your website, neither did I receive update of when my products will be delivered. I ordered this products a week ago, still no update on when it will be delivered after paying £26 express delivery charge. Kindly look into this and please deliver my Products as I'm traveling in few days for the Christmas Holiday. Felicia London

I've been buying from HT26 for a long time now, and orders are always reliable. I only wish that we could be able to track delivery because you just don't know the exact day or time your products will be delivered and I will put the blame on the delivery company and not HT26, apart from that everything is sweet. I do recommend HT26 for great products.

My experience has just been very bad. I ordered a carrot cream from ht24 and the serum. Both with high prices. When I received my package yesterday and opened it, I was surprised that there was only a small Topsy gel exfoliating cream inside, some gloves and a soap as a gift. I made no such request. I hope they give me my money back or tell me how to return this, because it is a shame to pay so much money and have them give you another item. I want to receive what I asked for. I'm disappointed. Give me my money back and take your exfoliator. I don't give them a zero because you can't. after having waited so long.
