They say they don’t understand English. I must speak French. However they are selling to international market with no multilingual customer support

The color of the milk I received is brown it looks like the milk is oxidized

Very disappointed in your services. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Ordered 2 products but received only 1. Contacted customer service via email twice and got no response until date. Got through to customer service on the phone on 2 different days to resolve my problem but was told the boss was around and that I must call back the following day. No one bothered to take down the reference number nor listen to my query. The customer service agent even refused to tell me their names despite the fact that I asked on both occasions.

There is a product missing from my order, I received two creams instead of one cream and one gel.

The order takes longer than expected! I haven't even received my order for more than a week.

So bad. This is the second time we order and they send us completely different products from those we ordered. Since we did not react to the first slip-up, with poorly packaged products among others, HT26 thinks we are idiots and they continued with the second major error of sending us different products again. We are no longer buying anything from HT26.

Terrible, I ordered a product that I never received because you refunded me without any reason, I am not ready to recommend on your site, and by the same occasion order from you, very very bad site...

Terrible site, impossible to update incomplete order, asking for a gift wrap plus a card, nothing every time I order on the ht26 site I am not at ease and disappointed, I always have to contact customer service. But on the other hand, customer service is top-notch.

My orders always delay. And kindly put provision for English so that I can easily read and know. Maybe your delivery time frame is that but I don't understand French when ordering

Very bad product I have patches on my face and pimples on my body I was using makari but since it's hot I wanted to change but what is happening to me is serious acne breakout in not even 20 days of use

I had ordered 4 shower emulsions but I only received 3.

I had ordered a range for 107€ and I did not receive my order even though it is marked delivered and not followed up until now. It really annoys me. I will never order from this site again, it disappointed me.
