Usually your packages arrive in a box which I greatly appreciate. But this time you sent it to me in a bag that I unfortunately received in bad condition, I mean it was torn.
I did not get everything I ordered. The baby bathing soaps I ordered did not come and the eau de roulette came but was open and had spilled.
