Usually your packages arrive in a box which I greatly appreciate. But this time you sent it to me in a bag that I unfortunately received in bad condition, I mean it was torn.

I did not get everything I ordered. The baby bathing soaps I ordered did not come and the eau de roulette came but was open and had spilled.

Having purchased the preparation range, I am on my 3rd day of use and for now I cannot judge yet.. see you in 2 weeks

For now I cannot comment because I just started buying HT26 products. In the future I will share my opinion.

Missing photos on the site

The photos are not visible on the site, a shame for recognizing the product...

I have been using HT26 products for 13 years and I have been buying online for 2 years but this time the experience was not very good. I did not receive any order confirmation message, no communication with customer service and the delivery was made 1 week later. I think you need to improve your website.

Visually and graphically, the site is not very 'glamorous'. However, searching for products is easy and explicit.

There is no list of ingredients for the products on the site, so it does not make you want to order a product whose composition you totally ignore,
