I give 2 stars only because I like the brand's products but my bad rating is to wake up the customer service to whom I have written for a week about my last order with 4 emails that are still unanswered. Regarding the product, it is not the product I wanted so I have not used it, it is still packaged. I wanted another product that I had already bought at the pharmacy. 7€ cheaper than on the official site but I had no choice because it's a great product (the one I wanted) and I moved far from that pharmacy with it. So for this cream, I have nothing to say. And I am still waiting for a response from customer service regarding my order.

Poorly packaged products, it's really a shame

Just 5 days of use, it quickly brightened but the texture is too sticky, the face cream makes the face too shiny, I wait to see the rest in a month
