I placed my order on the 14th and still haven't received my package, strange that you ask for my opinion and I called and was told my package is lost. How could I give my opinion on something I haven't received?
I placed an order on April 10 and paid €25 for shipping. I still haven't received my order and you expect me to rate you? Bad service bad experience and I'm waiting for my order or my money back.
My products arrived without problems as usual but this time with a very different damaged product in packaging, scent, and texture. I am very disappointed because just the delivery cost me 35 euros and I have not received any response from customer service. I sent a message with a photo of the products. I really hope I will be refunded for this product.
After using your products for few days I'm having rashes on my face. what do you recommend. I used HT26 - Maximal concentration bleaching face lotion at night and I used White Essence - Correcting lightening serum on my spots. please tell me what to do. the rashes are itchy. I wrote to Ht26. no one has contact me since then. should I returned products?, can I get a refund or replacement with something that will help my face. Thank you

Always missing products at delivery... I think I will simply stop ordering online. The boxes should at least be put in a nice packaging..

I placed an order and I did not receive it, I sent you several emails on your site and no one responds to me.
Very unsatisfied with my order, because part of it was broken, some lotions came without the seal on. I have tried to contact HT26 several times by phone and email but have not gotten any response. Still waiting for a replacement of the damaged lotion or a refund.

Ineffective products
Hello, it has been exactly three weeks since I started using the HT26 range and I have not seen any results yet
The sought-after products are easy to find on the site, fast delivery but customer service leaves much to be desired. I ordered 5 products but only received 2 out of 5. And even after my complaint, I have received no response to this day. Overall, I made a very very bad deal
You didn’t send what I ordered. You sent three wrong items that I didn’t purchase. Be organized and honest

I did not receive my carrot oil cream, they made a mistake. I had requested a gift-wrapped package because it was for my mother, that was not done. There was no little note either. This time I was disappointed. I will go to the store now.
The site design is pretty but the customer service has become very bad. I have repeatedly tried to get my products delivered and all I get is repeated requests to review the service instead of an actual re-delivery. Tracking details were provided but the courier is obviously lying about delivery being successful because none of my neighbours have my order and we regularly receive parcels for each other. I have said this to HT26 in writing and verbally over the telephone. I am not happy at all with this level of service.

Very disappointed with my order, even though the delivery is fast and we get little gifts, I unfortunately was not happy with my purchase (buttons appearing more and more) and no results.
Ht26 made me pay a delivery fee of 25€ while they didn't even have the decency to deliver to my home. They sent me a text saying they would deliver during the day around 9 am and 30 minutes later they sent me another message saying they tried to deliver without success while I was at home. I had to walk a lot to pick up my package. And now DHL is sending me a bill for 25fch, I don't understand anything about all this. Why charge me for delivery when they have already cashed 25€? I like their products but I find that this site scams its customers a bit too much.
The site design is good. But there is no information about expected delivery times except within France and I made my latest order on the 13th of December and after 8 days it has still not arrived - and I do not have any tracking information. I am not pleased at all and if a well-established firm like HT26 cannot effectively manage the Christmas surge of customers it makes me wonder what else they may be failing at doing correctly....

Uninteresting product from the range I chose
I haven't received my order. I had clearly specified in the order in the delivery section that I was passing through Paris and after the deadline the package will arrive behind me. But you did not respect this deadline, worse, how many emails did I leave to your customer service? I placed my order on October 28th and to be delivered as quickly as possible I paid the fee of 7 euros, and I only received my order today.
we respect the delivery time, note that since 29/10/2021 your order was already ready on Friday 29/10/2021. Weekends and public holidays are not taken into account in the delivery time.

Very slow service yet I paid for fast delivery. Moreover, my package did not arrive at my indicated address. Very disappointed!!!!
