I was expecting my order on October 11. Chronopost reported that I had refused my package. However, they did not come to my house and did not leave me a notice. In the meantime, I contacted Ht26's customer service via the form on their site, no response. My package was dropped off 2 days later at a pickup point in the 10th. However, I live in the 91. Yet I paid the shipping fees. I am disappointed with this service. Apparently, buying directly in-store would pose me fewer problems.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences this time. I received the wrong product, I emailed and sent all the proof. I needed the product so badly that I was willing to pay half of the shipping since the customer representative said the shipping fee is expensive. But after some time, I checked my email and saw that a new order for the right product was issued. I was so happy and thought I did not have to pay any fees, later I saw another email asking for me to pay so I emailed the guy again and he didn't respond. It has been now 3 days and he just kept ignoring me and for the new order they did not receive any tracking number. Even though you have good products, this is not a way to treat a customer.
I placed order no. VWMX4MECU on September 2 but have not received the goods nor obtained the tracking number. Please at least provide the tracking number so I can give good feedback for the use.

After ordering and paying the shipping fees before delivery the carrier requested a customs clearance for Canadian customs, this should be anticipated from the beginning and adds an extra cost of more than 20%, this should be indicated at the order!!!

Customer service is ineffective. It's been almost 2 weeks since I sent several emails requesting a name change on the package when the courier did not deliver because my name was not on the address. The package was returned but the amount has not been refunded.
