I just started using the action stain range a week ago and honestly I don't have much to say, disappointed, because I haven't seen any positive or negative results so my body is still intact

Order received on time, except that the mentioned gifts were not added to the package, not even a sample, I had to call customer service, the gentleman who answered me asked me to send a photo of the package by email and details; which I had to do, except that I never received a response from them.

Easy navigation on the site. Misleading gifts offered, however thank you for the samples. The products from the White essence range are of high quality. My skin is clean, I feel good even though it's been less than a month since I started using it. It is not brightening.

I am disappointed because my order was not delivered in full and is not compliant. One box of relaxer is missing (2 ordered). Customer service unreachable! The delivered hair cream is not the one ordered! And no one informs you of this change!

Very poorly designed site. Moreover, it does not respect the condition regarding free delivery from 100 euros. When reporting the malfunction, HT26 absolves itself and accuses you of having made a mistake rather than trying to improve its content.

I received my order well, it's been a week since I applied the cream all over my body and I'm starting to see changes, my skin is becoming more even, soft, and radiant.

I ordered 2 lightening milks and one of them was not good, no smell and no color I didn't like it, the other was rather original. I spent 75 pounds to only receive one good product. I will not buy anything from Ht26 again

It has already been 15 years since I have been using your products, and this is the only time I ordered online that I am missing a product. I bought these products because I hate makeup and I would like to have something to clean my skin. But the application of the oil on the skin is really unpleasant, especially because of its smell.

The body lotion I received this time had a different color from the first one I bought. The first one was white and this one is brown. I don't know which one is the best or original.
