I received my order well but I didn't like it because I had to pay customs knowing that I paid the shipping fee of €36.
Since I was in the store, the saleswomen are pleasant, the manager or the owner was attentive and friendly. However, the wig I bought is the one for trying on and not a new one. No box or accessories provided. And the trying-on cap is the same for all customers which lacks hygiene.
You change the formulas of your products without notifying consumers! It's a crime, I will return my products to the store

I had purchased a shower gel for £27 but upon delivery, I received an aloe vera shower gel that costs £19, which is an £8 difference. After the lockdown, I went to the HT26 shop in Château Rouge to explain to them, as I usually buy my products there, they gave me a customer service number that I called several times without any response. So you owe me £8.

The anti-spot range gave us huge allergies with big bumps on the body, worse I contacted customer service via email and WhatsApp and received no response, it's really a shame.
