HT 26 is a good site for products for mixed and black skin but I find that you change the texture of some of your products very often.

I am very happy with this site, especially when ordering a font of small gifts with small samples to try their product, it's really great. Keep it up like that.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences this time. I received the wrong product, I emailed and sent all the proof. I needed the product so badly that I was willing to pay half of the shipping since the customer representative said the shipping fee is expensive. But after some time, I checked my email and saw that a new order for the right product was issued. I was so happy and thought I did not have to pay any fees, later I saw another email asking for me to pay so I emailed the guy again and he didn't respond. It has been now 3 days and he just kept ignoring me and for the new order they did not receive any tracking number. Even though you have good products, this is not a way to treat a customer.
