Never received my products and I have not been refunded until now, the customer service is non-existent as I received no response despite my emails.. it doesn't even deserve one star but oh well.
It gives me pimples and I don't see any positive change but negative.
I still haven't received my package ordered on July 14, 2020, today is August 10 and impossible to locate the status of the package or get a refund.....

The white essence and caviar products do not seem to work! After different signals in private messages on Instagram and Facebook remain unanswered. I will never consume this brand again..it's a scam, when you spend more than $600 a month on these illusion cosmetics!
This is the second time I received an order with broken packaging, this time I lost about half of the contents. Not to mention that they didn't send a gift even though the receipt included it, I tried to talk to you and the messages do not respond to me. It's horrible. I used the cream, oil, glycerin, and glutathione gel for 5 days but I'm not reassured because it gives a burning effect on my skin with the shower gel. After using the cream, I scratch my skin because it itches as if there are harmful substances present. I am very disappointed. I don't think I will continue to use your product. Before, I used the Francois Bedon range with no problems. Very disappointed with this price for a bad cream.

I placed an order on 09/09 that I received on 13/09. Not only did the order arrive in a catastrophic state, torn box, open etc. (evidence to support); but on top of that, one product was missing!! So naturally on 13/09 I contacted HT26 with the number I found on Google, they redirected me to 0140511800 supposedly customer service/SAV, which I did. So I reported my issue to the SAV, they asked me to send an email with the photos as proof, which I did quite simply. For more than a week I received no response, no follow-up, nor treatment of my issue. So I called continuously, let me tell you that the people who answer the SAV are MORE THAN RUDE in the way they address customers and on top of that hang up when they have no solution, do not listen to the customer's request at all and do not leave any follow-up in the file! But even better, they constantly have bugs in their ordering software, say they will call the customer back during the day and NEVER do (I have proof of what I am stating) Today is 14/10 and I still have no response! So I called this evening at exactly 5:15 PM the SAV, the lady clearly interrupted me and said I quote:
We would like to apologize for that.
However, we suggest you make your complaint to the customer service responsible for orders made on our website: [email protected]

I waited almost a month to receive my order. The ordered product was out of stock and I was not informed. During my various calls, I spoke to a gentleman who made promises that were not kept. I think customers deserve more attention. Fortunately, the last salesperson I had offered me something in return.
I am very disappointed, for a first time with you, the experience was unpleasant, a girl I spoke to on the phone was disrespectful and refused to give me her name, obviously the delivery took longer than expected. Honestly, I don't want to go through that again.

First, after ordering I did not receive a confirmation email, this should be automatic, yet after I contacted customer service via WhatsApp who asked me to write an email to claim my confirmation email. I have already submitted my problem to HT26 via WhatsApp, is it still up to me the customer to send an email? What is the purpose of the WhatsApp number on the HT26 site then? It is a lack of seriousness and respect towards the clientele. Thanks to my order number, the person I chatted with on WhatsApp was supposed to contact customer service and take care of my case and not even a hello, what can I do for you? Nothing, no polite formula, I don't know where you recruit your employees but they have not received any serious training and on top of that, there are grammar and spelling mistakes with this person!!! HT26 is still a big brand!!! My confirmation email came days later, in short, a lack of professionalism in the service, it felt like my little niece who in her spare time does overtime for online sales
I had an unpleasant surprise after validating the banking data, there was an error message during payment followed by an email asking me to redo the order. I redid the order and was debited twice the same amount and I only received one order. Until now, no response from customer service after reporting.

Poor attention to customers
The customer service I received was the worst I ever encountered. They were not ready to assist with tracing my order until I reported to PayPal. I will not be ordering from HT26 in the future. My order took about 6 weeks to arrive and HT26's response was lukewarm and nonchalant. I do not recommend - never!

Your prices are too high and expensive. Stop increasing the prices of your item rather increase and improve on the quality of your products. Avoid making reddish colour products like carrot oils because it makes one’s colour changes, stains dresses instead make them to Brighten ones colour that is it should make fair or yellow person’s complexion colour yellow or fair and not reddish, chocolate or dark.
