The customer service is terrible. First, they do not answer the phone, do not respond to emails, nor on Facebook. There was an error made on the delivery address. I call and send several emails to correct this and nothing is done. Ultimately, the package is delivered to a pickup point in Paris while I am in the West of France. After selling their product, they no longer care about the rest.
