Order supposed to arrive between 48 and 72 hours and in the end I had to go pick it up in store myself because my order hadn't even been processed even though I placed the said order 4 days before

Customer service very mediocre, unpleasant, cold, and disrespectful saleswoman. If you have a problem with your order, you are left to yourself because there is no communication, they do not respond to messages even if you use the contact form. Prisca is the worst saleswoman at Ht26, she is cold and not professional at all. I will never buy products here again because in case of a problem, there is no possible communication

One star because zero does not pass! The cream ordered on the HT26 site does not match either the photo on the site or the description. The cream in the photo is the eventone fade cream with alpha hydroxy, the description is that of the brightening cream with arbutin and the one I received following my internet order is the skin success with songyi mushroom!!! In short, total nonsense, disappointed with this order!!!

Very poor quality, I applied it on my face for 5 days and small pimples appeared on my face and now I don't know if it's the product but I'm afraid to put it back on my face.

For me, zero stars, the delivery person didn't even ring the intercom; I received a notice in my mailbox while I was present, then went to the post office to wait 30 minutes only to be told that I had to come back the next day, even though it was clearly written on the slip that the package would be available the next day. I received my order in a package that smells like a dump. We pay €7.80 for shipping and the order is delivered in a smelly bubble envelope. My order from February 9 No. N°92308 was delivered in an old box but the contents were correct. However, for this order, I received the serum tube open and poorly closed, so the product leaked. Therefore, I will not use it for fear that the contents have been replaced by an aggressive product; I do not want to take the risk of burning my skin.

This kind of problem can occur when the product has been left on for too long.

I had to call 10 times for the delivery address to be changed - my request was never taken into account... disappointing
