I took a complete range The soap was missing at delivery I wrote to customer service still no response I am very disappointed

I received the order well It's a shame the delivery is too expensive to receive it 3 days after the order 9€

The site is not easy to use, especially for adding products to the cart

Regarding my repairing body lotion, it's been 4 months since I've been using it and this lotion is starting to have an effect on my body, the spots are fading gradually.

We were supposed to have the choice between Canada Post and DHL as you mentioned but apparently that's not the case, why are the choices limited in terms of shipping? I don't have time to wait for a package from morning to night. Easier with Canada Post

The 1st and 2nd orders went well but the 3rd my package is still in Saint Honoré and I am in Cannet so I am still waiting for the HT26 team to do what is necessary for me to retrieve my package

I did not receive a gift with the package otherwise delivery was very fast and products were as described

Navigation and delivery was okay. However, the wrong products were delivered and I wrote to customer service but never got any response.

Package damaged during delivery, no gift as planned, I contacted customer service with supporting photos, but no follow-up given.

Hi the cream Brightening Essence is great but I have a question I ordered my second face cream essence but I find that the color of the face cream is different from the first one

I rate it average because there is one product from my order that I did not receive and I care about that

The product is starting to darken me. Phew

It was good but I didn't receive enough samples compared to my cat

I appreciate the gifts offered.. but besides that, there was a bad order preparation as I received only one of the two products ordered. And I am still waiting.

I ordered 2 boxes and only received one! The service is slow, and they are incompetent in managing order-related issues. The ranges are less effective than before. I do not recommend.

I received my entire range, but I did not receive what I ordered. I ordered the entire VITALITY range, and I got a mix of everything, knowing that I can only stand the smell of the vitality range. I called as soon as I received my order and was told that it was because the vitality range is out of stock. Yes, that's true, but the least they could have done was to call me to inform me or send me an email instead of taking the liberty to send me what they thought was good. Anyway.

Overall the products are OK not great. Maybe I have not yet got the right product from your site because of very low information on products. Very less information about products on your website. I even find more information on products from some of your agents' websites and social media pages than your main ht26 website and social media pages. You can't tell whether the product is for a dark person or fair person. You end up buying wrong products, and when you buy the right product too it takes about 3 months to visibly see any improvement on your skin. Prices also do not reflect the outcome of the product. They are too expensive. About the gifts too, they give you the opportunity to choose, only for your products to come and the gifts are totally random and different. Why did you ask me to choose then? Wasted so much time researching on each gift product to know exactly what to choose only to get a totally different product. And now you send me an email to review and rate a gift product that I never received? You can do much better.

Ship things contrary to the order

Delivery and packaging okay. But the products are not effective for me.

I did not receive my gift as expected, ht26 does not keep its promises regarding this. But the creams are of good quality and rejuvenate the skin.

I did not receive the topsygel moisturizing care
