I had Yuka evaluate your products! Excellent! Perhaps a question about the packaging? Plastic bottle? Would glass be more eco-friendly?

I have received my order, and I am satisfied with the quality of the oils and the speed of shipment, but for the first time I had enormous difficulty in opening the bottles which, due to the reinforced security, cannot be opened except by using a knife to cut the small plastic ring under the cap... A dangerous operation which resulted in a wound on the inside of my palm. I had not encountered this problem with my previous order. Please let me know the opening method if there is one...
