Hello, I placed an order for a bottle of rose geranium essential oil (pelargonium asperum) and I received a bottle of geranium bourbon (pelargonium graveolens) twice in a row.
I wanted to buy some essential oils, but I couldn't find the right chemotypes.
Difficult to evaluate until you receive your order a week later, too bad the order processing time can't be overlooked today nice day
It's not easy to switch on the nomad diffuser: do I have to press the button for a long time, or do I have to press it quickly? Every time I turn it on, it takes me a very long time to get to the green light position for 20 minutes, with multiple jets of essential oils that I get too close to since I turn it on, and unfortunately I get a headache afterwards. For the 1st experience with you, not enthusiastic about the diffuser. Too bad

The products correspond to what I ordered. The delivery times were very good But I give 3 stars because for the contents of my order I am sad to see all the little bits of plastic / polystyrene in my package. Isn't there another way of packaging products without plastic, newspapers/paper? Or other recycled materials?
Pb on the site because too fast the final data . Impossible to pay by credit card . Had to redo everything. It took me 39 minutes!
I'm usually very satisfied but not this time. I had ordered some bottles of bubble bath and one of the caps opened and the liquid spilled into the package 🙁 Little tip: Maybe think of putting a sticky paper to prevent the cap from opening 😉 Otherwise, there's nothing to say about the quality of the products and the delivery time.
I have received my order, and I am satisfied with the quality of the oils and the speed of shipment, but for the first time I had enormous difficulty in opening the bottles which, due to the reinforced security, cannot be opened except by using a knife to cut the small plastic ring under the cap... A dangerous operation which resulted in a wound on the inside of my palm. I had not encountered this problem with my previous order. Please let me know the opening method if there is one... I still haven't received my parcel. The address is correct and complete.
I couldn't enter my gift voucher on the website. I had to call to place the order. Parcel received 1 week ago: I am still waiting for the castor oil (1litre) and have not received any written notification of this, although I have received the full invoice. It would be nice to have a confirmation that this line of my order is still to be delivered.
I did not receive the chosen gift I got instead an oil that expires in December 2020!!! I sent a message as soon as possible but got no answer
