I ordered 5 futas, the model I had chosen was no longer available, but customer service contacted me to propose another model, originally more expensive, but left at the same price. However, I did have a minor problem with the size, which was originally 1×2m. After washing at 40°C, it lost about ten cm in length, but nothing serious.
Fast delivery and product as I expected. If you're allergic to hive products, vegetable wax is a good alternative for making lip balm.
Very happy with the products and the delivery but very bad surprise to have to pay a significant amount ( 30% of the total value) at the reception of the parcel, I did not have this information at the time of the order... probably wouldn't recommend because of this 🙁
